Welcome to My Fundraising Page!
I was only 2 when I was diagnosed with Juvenille Idiopathic Arthritis. The last 12 years have brought ups & downs with the disease but I won't let it hold me back. Even when I am in a flare up or have had to be in a wheelchair because it hurt too much to walk I have always hoped for a better day tomorrow & tried to keep smiling.
They don't have a cure for Juvenille Idiopathic Arthritis yet but we do have hope! New research is finding more ways to help kids like me. With your help we can walk towards a cure while raising awareness for all types of arthritis. Please join us June 4 for the first Red Deer Walk to Fight Arhtritis.
I am joining Canadians coast-to-coast in the Walk to Fight Arthritis. I am walking and raising funds to help find a cure and support the over 4.6 million Canadians who live with arthritis.
By helping raise funds you are supporting the next advancement in research, the next great treatments and the Society’s suite of pain management programs. The Society has been the largest non-government funder of arthritis research in Canada, investing over $195 million in projects that have led to breakthroughs in the diagnosis, treatment and care of people with arthritis.
There is no cure for arthritis; we need to work together to create an arthritis free future.
Please join the movement and make a donation to support this important cause.
Thank you so much!
